Privacy Policy

At Zernar, your privacy isn't just an afterthought—it is the foundational engineering principle of our entire platform. This comprehensive Privacy Policy outlines our transparent approach to data handling, detailing exactly what information is strictly local, what minimal data is collected for infrastructure purposes, and your rights as a user navigating our tools.

1. Zero-Data Processing & Client-Side Architecture

The core feature of Zernar is our 100% client-side execution model. When you use any of our calculators (such as our Health, Automotive, or PC tools), the data you enter is processed entirely by your web browser using local device memory. We do not transmit your input values across the internet. We do not store your calculations in a database. We cannot see, share, or sell the numbers you type into our fields because that data never reaches our servers. You can even disconnect your device from the internet after loading a tool, and it will continue to function perfectly. This guarantees absolute privacy for your personal, financial, and health-related estimations.

2. Essential Server Logs and Infrastructure Data

While our tools do not collect data, the infrastructure that hosts our website must process standard web requests. Like virtually all modern websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic, anonymous access logs. These logs may include your IP address, browser type (User-Agent), operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. This information is fundamentally necessary to prevent DDoS attacks, mitigate spam, ensure server stability, and deliver localized content. These technical logs are transient, kept securely, and are never used to identify you personally or linked to your activity within the calculators.

3. Third-Party Integrations, Advertising, and Analytics

To keep Zernar free and maintain our infrastructure, we utilize third-party services. We use Google Analytics (via anonymous tracking tags) to understand general traffic trends—like which calculators are most popular—without identifying individual users. Furthermore, we monetize the platform using Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners utilize cookies to serve contextual or personalized advertisements based on your browsing history across the web. These third-party vendors operate under their own stringent privacy policies. Zernar does not share any of your calculator inputs with these advertising networks. You retain full control over your ad experience and can opt out of personalized tracking directly through Google's My Ad Center or your device's browser settings.

4. Your Rights and Contact Information

Under global privacy frameworks like the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), you have explicit rights concerning your digital footprint. Because Zernar does not store your personal data, there is no account to delete or personal data archive to request from our end. However, you are always welcome to manage your cookie preferences. If you have questions regarding our privacy architecture, our security practices, or this policy, our team is ready to assist you. Please reach out to us at privacy@zernar.com, and we will respond promptly.
